Role Description
This is a remote internship opportunity within the Strategic Operations Leadership Pathway at RoboStruct Technologies. As an intern in this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities such as supporting operations management, assisting with strategic planning, analyzing business processes, participating in sales strategy development, and coordinating project management tasks. You will have the chance to gain hands-on experience in operations and leadership while contributing to impactful robotics and automation projects.
Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, analyze processes, and identify improvement opportunities
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration across teams and presenting ideas clearly and confidently
• Knowledge or experience in Sales and the ability to contribute to strategic sales initiatives
• Familiarity with Operations Management concepts and the ability to assist in optimizing workflows
• Proficiency in or basic understanding of Project Management practices for organizing and completing tasks
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative environment
• Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled) in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
