We are looking for an experienced HubSpot Specialist / Consultant to provide live, hands-on training and guidance for our internal team.
This is not a one-time setup project. We are looking for someone who can:
Act as a HubSpot coach
Help us understand best practices
Walk us through how to properly use HubSpot for our specific business needs
What We Need Help With
Understanding HubSpot structure (Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets, Pipelines)
Designing and optimizing pipelines (Deals & Tickets)
Property creation and management (when to use custom properties vs default)
Automations & workflows (when to automate vs keep manual)
Reporting & dashboards that actually matter
Integrations (QuickBooks, shipping, customer service tools, etc.)
Teaching us why things are done a certain way, not just doing it for us
How This Will Work
Hourly engagement
Live screen-share sessions (Zoom/Meet)
You guide us while we build together
Ongoing sessions as our needs evolve
Ideal Candidate
Proven HubSpot experience (please include examples)
Strong communicator and teacher
Comfortable explaining complex setups in simple terms
Experience working with growing companies and operations teams
