Responsibilities:
· Actively source candidates for all open roles.
· Manage job postings on all job boards i.e., LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and Indeed
· Conducts interviews of candidates to assess skill sets, personality, and job search criteria.
· Fully vet candidates for client’s open position.
· Follow the recruiting strategy to attract the best candidates for client’s open opportunity.
· Build and maintain relationships with job candidates.
· Debriefs candidates after interview to assess the fit.
· Keep client/candidate files updated.
· Accountable for meeting KPI’s and candidate/order tracking to management.
· Documents all aspects of business development and client communication activities in our ATS system.
Recruiter Requirements:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· At least 2 years of experience in Recruiting across business professional industries.
· Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone, heavy phone work.
· Ability to work independently and keeping on task in within a remote environment.
· Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset.
· Proficient use of recruiting tools such as: (Bullhorn, experience with Boolean searches etc.) and Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Teams etc.)
· Ability to consistently meet KPIs.
· Bachelor's degree required
· Recruiter -Job Requirements
· Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.
· Organization and attention to detail
· Able to handle sensitive or difficult issues with confidence and in a calm manner without being unduly influenced by intense emotions.
· Data Entry Skills
· Must display persistence and dedication to complete all assigned tasks.
