**Key Responsibilities**
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and chat support
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing CRM software to manage customer interactions and track issues
* Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure seamless customer service delivery

**Essential Qualifications**
