Package
Salary up to £27,000 depending on experience
Monday–Friday 10:00am – 6:00pm working hours
Store-based role in Mayfair (W1S)
Occasional weekend working during busy trading periods
The Role
Represent Pickett London on the shop floor, delivering a premium customer experience
Manage ecommerce orders from processing through to dispatch and delivery
Maintain boutique presentation standards in line with brand expectations
Support website accuracy, ensuring products and availability are up to date
Assist with operational tasks including stock organisation and press loans
About You
Experience within luxury retail, ecommerce or customer-facing roles
Highly organised with a strong eye for detail and presentation
Confident communicator able to represent a premium British brand
Comfortable using Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms
Genuine passion for craftsmanship, heritage brands and customer service excellence
