JOB SPECIFICATION  POSITION: Talent Coordinator  (Part-Time) DEPARTMENT: Talent and Recruitment (America)  LOCATION: Remote  REPORTS TO: Sr. Director of Talent           EEO Classification: Administrative Support  FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt ($17 - $19/Hour)     Position Summary  The Talent Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting various administrative functions in candidate initial engagement, including the Careers email inbox. The Coordinator will also support certain candidate screening and interview initiatives, serving as the central “touchpoint” for communication, logistics, and scheduling of Talent-engaged calls and candidate visits/travel throughout the academic year.   As needed, the Talent Coordinator will support tasks related to employee recruiting such as management of initial engagement, and organization/tracking/oversight of certain prospect lists and candidate pools in Workday.  Duties and Responsibilities  - Ongoing support for the Careers email inbox, providing timely response to various inquiries from candidates and internal stakeholders  - Tracking and notifications of invitations for candidate travel visits from Headmasters.  - Timely coordination of dates and locations for candidate visits through ongoing contact via email/phone with academy leaders and candidates.  - Broad oversight of the candidate travel and itinerary at academies.  - Management of travel reimbursement for visiting candidates.  - Coordination of Talent-Engaged screening calls for high-quality candidates.   - Ongoing management of various Workday system functions including but not limited to prospects, referrals, and pools.  - Other duties as needed.     Qualifications, Competencies, and Strengths  - Excellent organizational and communication skills.  - Familiarity with and enthusiasm for representing Great Heart’s distinctive faculty communities and culture to these prospective candidates.  - Strong work ethic combined with a high level of professionalism focused on delivering results.  - Must be committed to providing excellent customer service at all times and under all circumstances.  - Initiative and the ability to work with minimal daily supervision, managing multiple priorities.  - Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Sheets/Docs, PowerPoint) skills.     Additional Requirements  Type of fingerprint clearance: Must possess or obtain valid DPS fingerprint clearance.      Physical functions: Requires but is not limited to standing, sitting, repetitious hand and body movements, bending, squatting, and reaching.
