In an industry long dominated by legacy systems, we deliver the only white‑labeled, fully integrated Customer Experience Platform (CXP) that lets freight forwarders offer a seamless, digital‑first journey to shippers, carriers, and end‑users. Our technology translates massive volumes of logistics data into clear, actionable insights and intuitive interfaces that boost retention, drive revenue, and set new benchmarks for service excellence. Backed by more than $50 million in venture capital and experiencing rapid customer acquisition, arenaflex is a high‑growth, remote‑first startup where bold ideas become real products in weeks, not months. If you thrive on turning complex data into delightful experiences, we want you to join our mission‑driven team. Role Overview – Product Manager, Customer Experience Platform We are looking for a proactive, data‑savvy Product Manager who can lead the evolution of our flagship CXP. You’ll partner with designers, engineers, sales, marketing, and customer‑success teams to uncover hidden opportunities within logistics workflows and translate them into features that delight users and generate measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities - Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Define, prioritize, and communicate a multi‑quarter product roadmap aligned with arenaflex’s growth targets and customer pain points. - Customer & Market Insight Gathering: Conduct qualitative research, user interviews, and quantitative analysis (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) to surface unmet needs and market trends. - Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work hand‑in‑hand with product designers, front‑end and back‑end engineers, and data scientists to prototype, test, and ship high‑impact features. - Requirement Documentation: Write clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and UX specifications using tools such as Figma, Linear, or similar. - Go‑to‑Market Enablement: Partner with sales, marketing, enablement, and account management to craft launch plans, messaging, training, and adoption metrics. - Performance Monitoring: Define success metrics (e.g., NPS, activation rates, churn reduction) and use analytics dashboards to iterate on product performance. - Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer within arenaflex, ensuring every release enhances usability, reliability, and overall experience. - Agile Participation: Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective sessions to keep delivery focused and efficient. Essential Qualifications - 3‑5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, with a track record of shipping successful enterprise‑grade solutions. - Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business problems into concrete, data‑driven product decisions. - Strong user‑experience sensibility – you spot design issues and champion elegant, intuitive interfaces. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can present to executives and conduct technical deep‑dives with engineers. - Hands‑on experience with agile development processes and tools such as Linear, JIRA, or similar. - Proficiency in analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics) to extract insights and inform prioritization. - Experience working in high‑growth, fast‑paced startup environments where rapid iteration is the norm. Preferred Qualifications - Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply‑chain management – familiarity with EDI, shipment tracking, or customs workflows. - Exposure to product design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and a collaborative design mindset. - Knowledge of API‑first architecture and data‑integration patterns used in modern freight platforms. - Previous success launching go‑to‑market strategies that drove measurable adoption and revenue uplift. - Advanced analytical skills – comfortable using SQL, Looker, or Tableau to query large datasets. Core Skills & Competencies - Customer‑Centric Mindset: Empathy for end‑users and a relentless focus on delivering value. - Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance short‑term wins with long‑term platform vision. - Data‑Driven Decision Making: Use of quantitative metrics to validate hypotheses and guide road‑mapping. - Collaborative Leadership: Influencing without authority, building trust across multidisciplinary teams. - Rapid Prototyping: Comfortable iterating on concepts, gathering feedback, and pivoting quickly. - Execution Discipline: Organised, detail‑oriented, and capable of meeting aggressive timelines while managing risks.
