We’re a private UK-based clinic providing adult ADHD, Autism, and combined (AuDHD) assessments.
We want to launch Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads properly — with clean setup, strong creative, and a clear learning plan — rather than rushing into spend.
This role is focused on:
Account setup
Audience strategy
Creative production
Early testing and learning
Not just media buying mechanics.
What We Need Help With
Phase 1: Setup
Meta Business Manager & Ads account review / setup
Pixel verification and core events
Custom audiences:
Website visitors
Retargeting pools
Email list uploads
Basic campaign structure (TOFU + retargeting)
Phase 2: Creative & Messaging
Develop multiple creative concepts (not just one idea)
Create:
Image ads
Simple video ads (can be static → motion)
Messaging angles focused on:
Adult ADHD (often men 30s)
Autism / AuDHD (often women 40s, late diagnosis)
Emphasis on:
Recognition
Relief
Clarity
Safety
Phase 3: Testing & Iteration
Launch initial tests
Monitor early signals (CTR, engagement, comments, saves)
Iterate creatives weekly based on performance

Clean, compliant Meta setup
Clear insight into:
Which messages resonate
Which audiences engage
A working retargeting engine
Ads that feel human, not corporate or clinical
Bookings may come later — learning comes first.
