As a Member Solution Specialist, you'll assist members with their financial needs, provide service through call center channels, and contribute to a positive member experience. Responsibilities - Providing service to members by relaying information through call center channels - Responding with accurate information - Researching and solving members' questions, problems, and complaints - Cross-selling credit union services to qualified members - Opening, servicing, and closing all types of personal and business accounts - Ensuring accuracy Skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Customer service experience with demonstrated sales ability - Strong computer proficiency - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Effective and professional communication skills - Obtain NMLS certification upon hire Benefits - Eligible for hybrid schedule after training period, typically 3-4 months, up to 2 days work from home, upon management approval.
