The Associate Private Wealth Advisor will manage day-to-day operational tasks, oversee client meeting preparations, conduct research, and ensure effective client follow-up for service and new business matters. Responsibilities - Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction - Assist with scheduling, document management, and coordination of client-related activities - Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary - Conduct research on industry trends, client needs, competitors, and best practices to support business decisions - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and service requests in the CRM system - Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales, customer service, and operations) to ensure seamless client experiences - Identify areas for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction within support operations - Generate and analyze reports on client interactions, feedback, and service trends to inform decision-making - Anticipate client needs and provide strategic recommendations to support their long-term planning and decision-making Skills - Experience in a Financial Services/Sales; High-Touch Customer Service; or Analytical/Technical Roles - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
