American Specialty Health Incorporated (ASH) is seeking a Vice President-Business Development-Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy to join our Sales Clinical Programs department. The primary objective of this position is to increase revenue and drive sales of ASH's Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy (PT/OT) programs through health plans, employers, and more. Salary Range American Specialty Health complies with state and federal wage and hour laws and compensation depends upon candidate’s qualifications, education, skill set, years of experience, and internal equity. $173,500 to $270,000 Full-Time Annual Salary Range. Remote Worker Guidelines • Onsite Worker Guidelines: This position requires full-time onsite office work. Responsibilities • Drive sales and achieve results. • Works with Health Plan and Employer sales teams to sell ASH PT/OT-related programs, including but not limited to clinical provider network, digital MSK platform plus virtual PT/OT, site-of-care, and virtual PT/OT. • Identifies and develops new distribution channels and opportunities. • Develops and implements new sales strategies with Chief Sales and Marketing Officer and team. • Plans and prioritizes sales activities for achieving results and meeting agreed upon business objectives. • Plans and develop general marketing activities to agreed upon budgets, sales volumes, and timelines. • Collaborates with marketing on sales materials, webinars and targeted marketing campaigns. • Responds to and follows up on sales inquiries by telephone, email, mail, and personal visits. • Maintains and develops existing and new clients through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal departments, using ethical sales methods. • Conducts presentations, along with various operational representatives and executives, to clients and prospective clients. • Coordinates RFP’s/RFI’s, letters, or other materials requested and mutually acceptable to client/potential client. Reviews and signs off on proposals. • Monitors and reports on sales activities and provide relevant information to Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. • Carries out market research, competitor and customer surveys. Manages marketing activities of telemarketing and research. • Assists in coordinating presentation team at ASH in prospecting and finalist stages of sales process • Attends meetings, acting as liaison with other department functions as necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development. • Attends daily/weekly meetings with the sales, marketing, clinical, operations and underwriting teams. • Attends training to develop relevant knowledge and skills. • Attends Executive leadership meetings. • Attends and coordinates functions related to supporting and entertaining employees of contracted health plans or prospects as directed and approved by Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. • Performs other duties as assigned. • Complies with all policies and standards. Qualifications • Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctoral degree required. • 5 years of experience in Physical Therapy required. • 5 years of experience in virtual clinical services delivery required. • 5 years of sales experience required. • Proficient in MS Office. • Proven ability to achieve results in a dynamic sales environment. • High level of integrity and professionalism. • Strong verbal, public speaking and written communication skills. • DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State of California with good driving record and proof of insurance required. • Acceptable credit to qualify for a company American Express Card required. Mobility • Primarily mobile. Physical Requirements • Ability to speak, see and hear other personnel and/or objects. Ability to communicate both in verbal and written form. Ability to travel within the facility. Ability to travel nationally by car and air to offsite and client locations. Capable of using a telephone and computer keyboard. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
