## Responsibilities:
Candidate Management: Assist the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with potential candidates.
Onboarding Support: Help streamline the onboarding process, ensuring new hires integrate smoothly into the team.
HR Operations: Maintain HR records, manage schedules, and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing updates and support during the hiring process.
Talent Sourcing: Proactively search for candidates beyond TON Jobs, leveraging external job boards, professional networks, and recruitment platforms to find top talent.
## Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in HR or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with a focus on professional and engaging interactions.
Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and HR software.
