As a Czech Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Communicating with hot leads and existing customers via calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries and concerns
* Building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty
* Meeting team KPIs, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
* Staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology, including our clients' products and services
* Securingly working with customers' sensitive information, adhering to our strict data protection policies
* Applying the latest and greatest customer happiness practices, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients
* Maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' products and services, providing expert support and guidance
**What You Need to Succeed**
To excel in this role, you will require:
* Excellent Czech and English (B2) communication skills, enabling you to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
* Attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of customer queries
* Analytical and research skills, allowing you to troubleshoot complex issues and provide expert support
* A positive and responsible attitude, reflecting our company values and culture
* A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
