We are hiring 3 Remote Live Chat Agents to join our customer support team immediately. In this role, you will provide real-time assistance to our customers through digital chat platforms. We need fast, reliable, and professional communicators who can handle multiple conversations s is a 100% remote freelance position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to live chat inquiries instantly and professionally.
• Answer product questions and help resolve customer issues.
• Manage 3–4 concurrent chat sessions without losing quality.
• Log common customer pain points for the product team.
• Maintain a high customer satisfaction (CSAT) score.
Requirements:
• Experience:
At least 1 year in a Live Chat or Digital Support role.
• Typing Speed:
Minimum 50 WPM with high accuracy.
• Communication:
Exceptional written English skills.
• Multitasking:
Ability to switch between multiple tabs and chats quickly.
• Availability:
Must be able to start immediately.
Technical Requirements:
• Internet:
Reliable high-speed connection (Fiber preferred).
• Hardware:
Personal laptop or PC with a minimum of 8GB RAM.
• Software:
Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Tawk.to.
