You'll work closely with our team of experts to resolve customer inquiries, provide technical support, and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their interactions with arenaflex * Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve customer issues and concerns * Enter data accurately and efficiently into our application systems * Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements * Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns * Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates * Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities to meet deadlines and deliver results * Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to develop and maintain expertise in our products and services * Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels **Qualifications** * 18 years of age or older * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems and processes * High level of professionalism, including excellent verbal and written communication skills * Comfortable working from home and maintaining a dedicated, private, and secure workspace * Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines * Previous experience in customer support or technical support role preferred * Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act preferred * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices preferred * Spanish Bilingual, a plus **What We Offer** * Paid training and onboarding program to ensure a smooth transition into the role * Full-time, seasonal role with opportunities for career growth and advancement * Performance and attendance-based incentives, in addition to the base pay * The convenience of working from home, with a dedicated and private workspace * Collaborative and supportive team environment, with opportunities for learning and growth * 401K match and individual coverage HRA (ICHRA) * Paid time off (PTO) * Opportunities for professional development and continuing education **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to building a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and collaboration.
