Skyscraper Construction is hiring a strategic, results-driven Content Creator to lead our digital presence and brand consistency across all platforms.
This is more than a content role — this is a brand control and growth position directly tied to company revenue and public perception.
LinkedIn & Lead Generation
• Develop and manage LinkedIn strategy (CEO + Company Page)
• Create authority-driven posts targeting developers and commercial clients
• Generate inbound B2B leads
• Track analytics and optimize content for conversion
Content Production
• Capture and edit:
• Project progress videos
• Before & after photos
• Site walkthroughs
• Leadership and team highlights
• Produce short-form video content (30–60 seconds)
• Maintain high-level visual standards across all media
Google My Business Management (Critical Role)
• Control and manage all Google Business Profile images
• Upload consistent, high-quality project photos
• Monitor and respond professionally to customer reviews
• Implement strategies to increase positive reviews
• Keep profile optimized and active for local ranking
Brand & Image Control (Company-Wide)
The Content Creator will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency across the entire company, including:
• Ensuring all team members wear approved company-branded uniforms
• Overseeing company logo usage on:
• Shirts
• Hard hats
• Safety gear
• Vehicles
• Marketing materials
• Coordinating the design and creation of branded uniforms and visual materials
• Maintaining a clean, professional image on job sites for photo/video capture
• Protecting the integrity of the Skyscraper Construction brand
This role helps define how the company is seen publicly.
Qualifications
• Proven experience growing LinkedIn or B2B brands
• Strong copywriting skills
• Experience managing Google Business Profiles
• Video editing proficiency (CapCut, Adobe, Final Cut, etc.)
• Branding or visual identity experience preferred
• Comfortable working on active construction sites
• Highly organized and results-driven
