**Responsibilities:**
As a Part-Time Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Ensuring sales are captured by responding to customers and entering orders accurately and efficiently in our SAP system
* Resolving customer inquiries through the use of multiple customer support tools, including conducting research in SAP and/or contacting business units as appropriate
* Maintaining world-class standards by successfully performing against department scorecards and metrics
* Establishing and maintaining world-class customer relations by developing a rapport and actively listening to gain more information where necessary
* Identifying and evaluating opportunities to increase customer retention, maintain customer confidence, and protect operations
* Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor
**Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs
* No previous experience required, but a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion, as well as customer service skills
* Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines
* Utilize sound judgment and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
* 1-2 years previous experience in a customer service role
* Experience in consumer products or distribution industry
