Your key responsibilities will include: * Maintaining good customer relations both on the phone and in person * Gathering information from customers to help identify and solve problems * Confirming, scheduling, and rescheduling services for customers * Setting sales appointments for new customers * Answering billing questions * Completing general clerical duties as assigned * Working as a team with Service and Sales to provide a seamless customer experience * Selling the value of our services and suggesting upgrades to service * Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations **What We're Looking For** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Excellent listening and communication skills * A pleasant phone voice and the ability to clearly speak and be understood on the phone * Multitasking skills to enter accurate data and type while speaking with customers * The ability to remain calm and work under pressure when busy, while also helping other team members * Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn * Excellent organization and time management skills * Availability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed **Why Choose arenaflex?** A career with arenaflex can be a professional trajectory filled with opportunity.
