**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Greeting customers, guiding them through the check-in process, and assisting with ticketing and baggage check-in
* Ensuring customers have the necessary documentation for their journey
* Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts (up to 70 pounds)
* Operating loading bridges
* Opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
* Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
* Scheduling based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight
