Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the day-to-day financial operations of Nao Medical. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, and assisting with reconciliations and month-end close activities across multiple clinic locations. The ideal candidate is execution-focused, highly dependable, and comfortable handling high-volume financial transactions in a fast-paced, multi-site healthcare environment. This is a hands-on role that requires accuracy, ownership, and consistency. Why Join Nao Medical - Hands-On Impact: Play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and reliability of the company’s financial records - Execution-Focused Role: Emphasis on owning and executing core bookkeeping and accounting support functions - Growth Exposure: Gain experience supporting a rapidly expanding, multi-site healthcare organization - Supportive Environment: Work closely with leadership in a collaborative, non-hierarchical culture Primary Responsibilities - Core Bookkeeping Operations - - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks Online - Record and categorize financial transactions across multiple entities - Ensure proper coding of expenses, payments, and journal entries - Maintain organized and complete financial documentation - Accounts Payable and Vendor Support - - Process and record vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner - Track invoice due dates and ensure timely and accurate payment processing - Maintain vendor records, including W-9 forms and payment details - Assist with vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies - Accounts Receivable and Payment Processing - - Record incoming payments, refunds, and adjustments accurately -  Assist in tracking outstanding receivables and payment activity -  Support proper classification and documentation of transactions - Reconciliation and Month-End Support - - Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations - Support month-end close by ensuring financial records are complete and accurate - Assist with identifying and resolving discrepancies - Support audit preparation and financial documentation review Job Requirements Education: - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred - Relevant bookkeeping or accounting certification is a plus Experience and Qualifications: - 2 to 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online - Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations - Experience supporting US-based companies strongly preferred - High attention to detail and strong data entry accuracy - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently - Process-oriented, highly dependable, and execution-focused - Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience in healthcare or multi-location organizations is a plus but not required Schedule Requirements: - Ability to work Eastern Time hours, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, including holidays   Technical Requirements: - Reliable wired internet connection (100 Mbps minimum). - Computer/laptop with Intel Core i5 or Ryzen 5 processor, 8GB RAM minimum, and 128GB free storage. - Dual-screen setup preferred for enhanced productivity. - Operating system: Windows 10 or macOS (latest version). - Clear webcam (1080p or higher resolution) and microphone for communication. - Backup systems for electricity and internet outages.   Benefits: - Competitive Compensation Package: Attractive base salary with performance-based incentives - Professional Development: Opportunities for continued education, training, and certifications - Paid Time Off (PTO) At Nao Medical, we're revolutionizing healthcare by blending cutting-edge technology with heartfelt, personalized care.
