They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound calls, assess health information, and recommend services while meeting sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Handle 35–45 inbound calls per shift from individuals interested in preventive health screenings (no cold calling!)
- Collect health information to assess caller risks and needs
- Use a consultative, empathetic approach to recommend the right preventive services
- Schedule appointments and process payments efficiently
- Consistently meet or exceed your sales and service goals
Skills
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Excellent communication, clarity, and empathy
- Competitive, success-driven mindset
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable internet (minimum 50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload) with hard-wired ethernet connection
- A quiet, distraction-free home workspace
- Some college preferred
