Washington D.C., District of Columbia, United States Remote (East Coast / Central US) Full-time | Executive Level Compensation: up to $350,000 total package Equity: ~0.5% ownership ( $1M at current valuation) Shape the Future of AI-Driven Products On behalf of our client company , a high-growth B2B SaaS innovator, we are seeking a hands-on VP of Product to lead and scale the product organization during its next phase of growth. This is a builder-leader role — not a purely strategic oversight position. The ideal profile combines deep product craftsmanship, AI-first thinking, and strong organizational leadership within developer-focused environments. You will play a critical role in embedding AI into the product strategy while building scalable product systems and teams. Your Impact Product Leadership & Strategy Own end-to-end product vision for developer tools and technical products Drive AI-first product strategy across the portfolio Partner with executive leadership to scale product excellence Embed customer-centric thinking into roadmap decisions Lead 4 Product Managers (growing to 5) and 2–3 Designers Establish strong product operating rhythms and decision frameworks Build scalable team structures and performance standards Coach and develop senior product talent Hands-On Product Ownership Engage directly with customers and validate solutions Deeply understand the product before delegating ownership Partner closely with engineering on scalability and feasibility Balance strategic leadership with tactical product involvement Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Sales, and Marketing Improve product decision velocity as the company scales Ensure strong developer experience across the platform Ideal Profile Strong technical foundation (background in software engineering) Proven experience building developer tools or developer-focused products Prior leadership of 6–10 direct reports Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments (~$100M+ ARR preferred) Demonstrated ability to scale teams and systems hands-on Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management What Makes This Role Unique High ownership and strategic influence AI-first product transformation mandate Direct impact on company trajectory Builder environment (not corporate bureaucracy) Remote flexibility across East Coast / Central US Compensation & Equity Total compensation: up to $350,000 Equity: ~0.5% ownership Estimated equity value: ~$1M at current valuation #J-18808-Ljbffr Cross Border Talents
