**Responsibilities:**
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our data management and analysis efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing data: Own the master data set and all that it contains, reviewing and reporting findings to appropriate parties, and explaining testing and import processes according to guidelines.
* Supporting data: Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements, initiatives for data integrity and normalization, and making recommendations for improvements.
* Analyzing trends: Compile business intelligence and trends to support actionable recommendations, and suggest ways to generate sales of existing products by analyzing all trends.
* Creating reports: Develop reports for customers and internal users that provide clarity on trends and areas for improvement.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management, or a related field
* 1 year of experience as a data analyst or in a related field
* The ability to understand business needs and relay them into easy-to-understand, non-technical language
* High-level written and verbal communication skills
