With a strong focus on employee development and well-being, we offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, creativity, and collaboration. **Why You'll Love This Role** As a Member Services Representative at arenaflex, you'll be an integral part of our Payments and Digital Strategy team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our credit union's daily activities. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Completing data access and balancing tasks to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions * Coordinating return items with vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions * Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing * Working member cases and sports assigned, following established guidelines and procedures * Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams * Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing daily balancing and department closing * Obtaining information for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic wire transfer requests * Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing wire transfer information * Communicating with vendors to process wire transfers * Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming wire transfer regulations * Depositing check returns, reviewing member check returns on draft changes, processing member checks, verifying contributors for outgoing wire transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing wire transfers * Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees **What You'll Need for Success** To excel in this role, you'll need: * A high school degree or equivalent * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or related experience * Previous banking or credit union experience is a plus * Familiarity with Episys/Symitar and processing wires * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Must pass relevant arenaflex and credit union pre-employment compliance exams **What You'll Get** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including: * Competitive hourly rate of $22-35/hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage * Wellness programs and resources to support your physical and mental well-being * 401(k) program with company contributions * Additional benefits, including employee assistance program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, cars, cruises, and more * Travel perks, including access to over 6,800 daily flights across our global network **Join Our Team** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, creativity, and collaboration.
