You will partner with customers, business stakeholders, and internal teams to design, build, and implement complex Salesforce architectures that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems.
This role requires a unique blend of deep technical expertise, solution architecture leadership, and communication skills to ensure client success. You will not only define the “big picture” strategy but also roll up your sleeves to design, build and guide technical implementations.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical design sessions, create detailed technical design documents, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Proficiency in all technical aspects of Salesforce implementations, including Flows and custom development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce), integrations, APIs, middleware, and third-party apps.
- Design and implement enterprise-grade integrations across multiple platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Conduct application-to-capability mapping and gap analysis to define the future-state architecture roadmap.
- Ensure best practices in SDLC, structured code management, CI/CD, environment strategy, and release management.
- Provide hands-on leadership to development teams, mentoring team members and ensuring delivery quality.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly and persuasively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the Salesforce ecosystem, evaluating new features and technologies for potential client adoption.
Experience & Requirements
- 10+ years of experience delivering technology solutions, including 5+ years on Salesforce with at least 2+ years as a Technical Architect.
- Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application and/or System Architect strongly preferred).
- Proven consulting experience in a client-facing role, including advisory, solutioning, and stakeholder management.
- Expert-level understanding of Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and working knowledge of the full Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proficiency in custom development: Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Java, JavaScript, JSON, CSS, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to design secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions that integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems.
- Experience developing system architecture design documents, integration flows, UI mockups, and wireframes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and solutioning mindset.
- High integrity, professionalism, and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
- Flexible and hands-on, with willingness to step into delivery when needed and support the development of junior team members.
