Registered Nurses (RN)
• Skilled visits, SOC, ROC, Recertifications, OASIS
• Medication management & wound care
• Care plan development & coordination
• Home Health experience preferred
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
• Skilled nursing visits
• Medication administration
• Chronic disease monitoring
• Collaboration with RN Case Managers
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
• Assistance with ADLs
• Vital signs monitoring
• Patient support & safety oversight
• Florida certification required
Home Health Aides (HHA)
• Personal care services

• 75-hour training certificate required (per Florida regulation)
