**Job Summary:**
As an Experienced Full Stack Field Service Sales Support Engineer – U2 Aircraft Program Support, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to customers, managing the Field Incident Report process, and communicating with field locations and engineering teams. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering U-2 aircraft training materials, executing training sessions, and participating in hardware integration activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to U-2 aircraft systems
* Manage the Field Incident Report process, including data collection, analysis, and reporting
* Communicate with field locations and engineering teams to ensure seamless coordination and effective issue resolution
* Develop and deliver U-2 aircraft training materials, including classroom and practical instruction
* Participate in hardware integration activities to develop effective training and field support solutions
* Support product integration, modifications, and performance/reliability enhancements to U-2 aircraft systems
* Establish and direct a training system to provide technical knowledge for the maintenance, repair, and operation of U-2 aircraft systems
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Minimum seven years of experience in aircraft systems, troubleshooting, and technical documentation
* Experience with power-on operational checks and technical data interpretation
* Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications
* Ability to work with and lead teams
* Candidate must have a final Secret clearance
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* U-2 avionics/electrical experience
* U-2 Electronic Warfare system and data link experience
* U-2 Airframe experience
* Fiber optics repair experience
* Time domain reflectometer experience
* Network analyzer experience
* Blue print reading experience
* AF Forms 781 experience
* Informal OJT provider experience
* Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills

**Work Schedule:**
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated arenaflex facility. The work schedule is 4x10 hour days, with 3 days off per week.
