Your responsibilities:
- Finding and building relationships with influencers on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Developing briefs, scripts, and creative concepts for advertising campaigns.
- Negotiating collaboration formats, terms, and budgets.
- Managing campaigns end-to-end: from launch to quality control of deliverables.
- Monitoring social media trends and testing new formats to create relevant and native integrations.
About you:
- 2+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing/SMM.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of brand tone of voice.
- Skilled in building effective communication and long-term partnerships with influencers.
- Experience managing budgets and understanding how to maximize campaign performance.
How do we work?
We work remotely, but we have offices in Ukraine (Kyiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia) and Poland (Warsaw), so you can mix both if you prefer. Ideally, you are located in the CET or EET time zone.
