Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Interface Systems is seeking a Remote Video Monitoring Sales Specialist to join their dynamic Go to Market team. This role is responsible for selling the innovative Virtual Perimeter Guard solution to commercial businesses, with a focus on building customer relationships and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities - Drive new business development by prospecting and selling Virtual Perimeter Guard to commercial businesses in the Dallas, TX area - Execute a high-volume, high-activity sales process including outbound calls, field visits, and product demonstrations - Build rapport and win new customer opportunities quickly - Deliver persuasive presentations and articulate clear business cases for adopting Interface’s Virtual Perimeter Guard solution - Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations teams to align sales efforts with product launches and campaigns - Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline health, activity levels, win/loss rates, and quota attainment - Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Skills - 1–2 years+ sales experience in high-activity, high-volume selling roles - Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) - Experience leveraging prospecting software such as ZoomInfo or Apollo, while maintaining disciplined focus on the sales process - Strong verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate a business case - Entrepreneurial mindset with high drive, accountability, and persistence - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field - Successful completion of a background screening process Benefits - Competitive compensation package with base salary + commission. - Professional growth and development opportunities.
