**Earnings Potential**
As a Customer Support Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $19 per hour, with extra incentives available as tax day approaches. Our contractors who meet or exceed key metrics earn an average of $16-$19/hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50/hour during non-peak times. Plus, we guarantee a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes.
**Schedule**
This seasonal contract runs through April 15th, 2025 (Tax Day), with flexible scheduling options available between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday-Sunday. Whether you prefer to work weekdays or weekends, we've got a schedule that fits your needs.
**Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed as a Customer Support Representative with arenaflex, you'll need:
* **Sincere Desire to Assist the Customer**: We're looking for contractors who genuinely care about delivering exceptional service to our customers.
* **Tech Savvy and Avid Computer User**: You'll need to be comfortable navigating multiple systems and troubleshooting technical issues.
* **Ability to Multi-Task and Navigate Multiple Systems**: Our customers often have complex issues, so you'll need to be able to juggle multiple conversations and systems at once.
* **Friendly Tone and Professional Demeanor**: You'll be representing arenaflex and TurboTax, so we need contractors who can communicate with a friendly tone and professional demeanor.
**Work Environment Requirements**
To ensure that you can provide the best possible service to our customers, we require:
* **Quiet, Uninterrupted Space**: You'll need a dedicated workspace that's free from distractions.
* **Organized Desk Area**: A clutter-free workspace is essential for staying focused and productive.
* **Professional Appearance (if on Camera)**: If you'll be working with video chat, we require contractors to maintain a professional appearance.
**Technology Requirements**
To ensure that you can access our systems and provide exceptional service to our customers, we require:
* **Personal Computer (no tablet)**: You'll need a dedicated computer with a reliable internet connection.
* **Broadband Internet Connection (at least 10 MBPS)**: A fast and reliable internet connection is essential for accessing our systems.
* **Wired Internet Connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)**: We require contractors to use a wired internet connection to ensure stability and security.
* **Windows 10 or Windows 11 Operating System**: You'll need to be running one of these operating systems to access our systems.
* **Valid Antivirus Software Installed, Running, and Up-to-Date**: We require contractors to have up-to-date antivirus software installed on their computers.
* **USB Headset with Microphone**: You'll need a high-quality headset to communicate with our customers.
* **Mac Users: Intel-Based Machines with Windows 11 Installed via Apple's Boot Camp Utility**: We accept Mac users who meet these specific requirements.
**Important Information**
Before applying, please note the following:
* **We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington**.
* **Contractors must successfully pass a criminal background check**.
* **The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship**. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
