We are a UK-based beauty brand selling via Shopify and Meta Ads.
We need a commercially sharp finance professional (think Finance Director mindset) to help us properly understand SKU-level profitability and guide pricing and ad spend decisions.
This is not a dashboard or data engineering role.
We already have the data. We need clarity and correct calculations.
What We Need
Using our existing Shopify, ad spend, and cost data, you will:
• Build a clear SKU-level unit economics model
• Calculate contribution margin per product
• Define break-even and target ROAS per SKU
• Incorporate LTV and repurchase rate into allowable CPA
• Provide clear commercial guidance on what to scale, reprice, or stop pushing
Deliverable: A clean Excel/Google Sheet model + short explanation of the decision logic.
Ideal Profile
• Strong DTC / ecommerce finance experience
• Deep understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, contribution margin
• Comfortable advising founders / ecommerce managers
• Commercial thinker first, analyst second
