Responsibilities
• Model Auditing: Review blinded data sets and property reports to verify if our internal scoring aligns with your professional valuation of specific local sub-markets
• Friction Identification: Identify the specific 'invisible' factors that currently lead to the most significant pricing errors or appraisal gaps in in-town Nashville
• Strategic Advisory: Provide 60-minute monthly deep-dives into our workflow to ensure the end product solves a genuine pain point for top-producing teams
Skills
• You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Middle Tennessee market, with a focus on heterogeneous, high-value neighborhoods (Green Hills, Belle Meade, Oak Hill, Forest Hills)
• You have a proven track record of navigating complex valuations where 'standard comps' rarely tell the whole story
• You enjoy deconstructing the 'why' behind a property's price and can articulate the nuances of site, street, and market sentiment
• You are comfortable working under a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
