**Job Summary**
The Revenue Cycle Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for providing data entry support for arenaflex's professional behavioral health revenue cycle operations. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of data entry experience and be proficient in using various electronic health record (EHR) systems, including CareLogic, Netsmart's myEvolv, and Meditech's EHR system. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Data Entry: Enter data accurately and efficiently into various EHR systems, including CareLogic, Netsmart's myEvolv, and Meditech's EHR system.
* Review and Analyze Credit Balances: Review and analyze credit balances on claims with complicated scenarios and suggest claim actions to be taken.
* Perform Adjustments: Perform adjustments for claims with credit balances.
* Review Denials: Review denials for timely filing and enter appropriate reasons to be submitted for writeoff approval.
* Perform Claim Actions: Perform claim actions for claims approved for write off and perform claim actions specially in bulk as identified by claims specialists.
* Secondary Claims: Perform claim actions on secondary claims satisfied by primary payers.
* Quality Assurance: Perform Quality Assurance tasks on your own work and reporting.
* Experience with Outpatient Behavioral Health Insurance Coverage: Experience working with outpatient Behavioral Health insurance coverage is vital.
* Experience with Google Sheets and Excel Spreadsheets: Experience working with Google Sheets and Excel Spreadsheets is vital.
* Experience with CareLogic EHR: Experience working with CareLogic EHR is essential.
* Remote Work Experience: Experience working remotely and communicating through email and Google Chat is important.
* Massachusetts Medicaid Products: Experience with Massachusetts Medicaid products is important.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School diploma or GED is required.
* Minimum of one year of data entry experience.
* Previous experience successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders with a consistent track record of delivering on time, and/or high-quality results is preferred.
* Experience working with EHR systems, including CareLogic, Netsmart's myEvolv, and Meditech's EHR system is essential.
* Experience working remotely and communicating through email and Google Chat is important.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with outpatient Behavioral Health insurance coverage is vital.
* Experience working with Google Sheets and Excel Spreadsheets is vital.
