What You’ll Do
- Managing large projects to ensure successful, on-time completion
- Conducting on-site damage assessments and preparing accurate bids and estimates
- Preparing, reviewing, and distributing detailed work orders
- Reviewing and approving time & material billing to ensure proper cost capture
- Monitoring project progress and adjusting plans as needed
- Conducting site inspections and consulting with adjusters and clients
- Communicating regularly with clients, adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Reviewing subcontractor and vendor documentation and ensuring timely invoicing
- Enforcing and promoting company safety policies
- Building strong client relationships and helping identify new business opportunities
- Collaborating with Account Executives on bids and proposals
- Participate in project kick-off and pre-construction meetings.
- Review contracts, scopes, budgets, and arrange procurement.
- Identify long-lead items and evaluate risks.
- Support field operations, safety, and quality control.
- Maintain all project documentation: work orders, change orders, submittals, RFIs.
Qualifications
- 4 plus years of industry experience
- Restoration industry: 2 years (Required)
- Work Location: On the road
- Must be proficient in MS Suite of office products; Excel, Word
- Eligible to operate a motor vehicle per 360 Fire & Flood vehicle policy
- Possess sense of urgency, professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
