Production Engineering Specialist - (New Grad)- 1 year contract

They are seeking a Production Engineering Specialist to support the transfer of production product lines into manufacturing, ensuring smooth line setup, equipment readiness, and production ramp-up while meeting safety, quality, and productivity requirements. Responsibilities - Support end-to-end production line transfer and start-up - Equipment and process validation - Work instruction and process documentation updates - Troubleshooting during ramp-up and mass production - Collaboration with manufacturing, quality, and maintenance teams - Develop and deliver training to production teams Skills - New graduate from a university program in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering - Graduated from post-secondary school within the last 12 months - Above average study performance (Accumulative average > 2.5 (B-)).
