**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Inquiry and Suggestions Examination team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll work closely with our high-performing team of designers, AI engineers/data scientists, and product managers to drive business decisions and inform our product strategy. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and analyzing complex data models, as well as communicating insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Run unconditional exploratory data analysis to identify novel ideas and potential opportunities
* Plan and run A/B tests of our latest proposal calculations
* Proactively monitor our proposal models to identify potential issues, determine underlying drivers, and resolve
* Build new tools that enable us to be more efficient and productive
* Work closely and build effective relationships with our product, design, and AI partners
* Communicate key insights and recommendations to cross-functional executive leaders across the organization
**What You'll Need**
* Investigation or Data Science experience with e-commerce organizations is a strong plus
* In-depth experience with SQL (total capabilities, query development, stored procedures, string parsing, Vertica/Hive/Voila/Flash, etc.), required
* In-depth experience with Python and Python tools (Jupyter notebook, libraries, pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, etc.), required
* Experience with experiment design (A/B tests) and statistical analysis to drive business-driven decision-making, highly preferred
* Experience with AI algorithms/methods (decision trees, random forests, deep learning, etc.) within a business setting, highly preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication with a collaborative mindset, highly cooperative
* Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with partners
* Demonstrated history of taking ownership and driving results. Thrive in a high-speed environment
* Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and technical capabilities alongside critical thinking skills
