**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative - Chat, you'll be the face of arenaflex, engaging with customers via online chat and providing top-notch support to our automotive dealer clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses
* Providing detailed information about our products and services, showcasing your expertise and building trust with customers
* Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, demonstrating your ability to analyze and communicate effectively
* Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
* Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
* Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM and a preference for 40 WPM or above
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexible scheduling after completion of training
* Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday from 10AM - 6:30PM CST
* Commit to working a minimum of 16+ hours per week
* Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
