Essential Functions-Manage and provide guidance to a team of donor services representatives, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. -Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to drive revenue growth. -Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, ensuring exceptional donor experiences throughout the giving process. -Set sales targets and KPIs for the donor services team, monitoring performance and implementing strategies to achieve or exceed fundraising goals. -Develop and implement strategies to enhance donor retention rates, including donor recognition programs, personalized communication, and tailored giving opportunities. -Ensure fundraising practices adhere to ethical standards, industry regulations, and organizational policies.
