**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our internal teams, including Open Associate Foundation Acquisition, Legal, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and external providers to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
* Providing proactive support to customers to prevent issues from arising
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
**Key Responsibilities**
* Survey and assess the contractual financial and business commitments of Open Associate agreements
* Identify and onboard new providers
* Maintain contracts database and communicate terms to internal partners
* Communicate financial commitments, service start dates, and internal coding to colleagues
* Request SLA credits for any outages experienced
* Issue termination letters to providers as services are dropped or declined
* Collaborate with risk management team to prepare insurance claims as necessary
* Aid process improvements and procedures to further automate and streamline agreements area as the company grows
**Experience and Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
* Ability to read and comprehend legal agreements and concentrate on important terms
* General finance and accounting experience
* Knowledge of data centers and telecom services is a plus
* Conscientious and able to work cross-functionally
* Ability to quickly advance within built-in tools and knowledge bases
* Experience with Success and research Doc information - experience using Workday and Jira is a plus
* Ability to travel when required (periodic)
