They are seeking a VFX Coordinator who will work with VFX Supervisors and Producers to manage shot progress, coordinate resources, and support the production management team.
Responsibilities
- The Coordinator will coordinate and log Dailies, coordinates with other departments to efficiently allocate resources across projects, and liaises between artists, producers, and supervisors
- They will reflect status changes and shot progress throughout project duration and support the production management team with ad hoc projects/tasks
- Manages deliverables directly with internal Editorial Team
- Manages all Outsourcing to external vendors
- Captures client feedback during review sessions
Skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of project management software including Word and Excel
- Prior working experience with production tracking software (preferably Shotgrid)
- Capable of working as a part of a team and independently
- High level of initiative, flexibility, and confidentiality
- General understanding of post-production process and work created in software used for Compositing, 3D Modeling, Animation, and VFX
- Expertise in maintaining positive customer relationships through written communication with external clients
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
