What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Conduct legal research and draft litigation and advice memoranda
- Observe litigation activities such as depositions and hearings
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys and administrative staff
- Engage in various legal matters relevant to public higher education
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completion of the second year of law school prior to the summer clerkship
- Ranking in the top 25% of the law school class
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Strong interest in higher education law
