With a holistic retail read and the most comprehensive consumer insights-delivered with advanced analytics through state-of-the-art platforms-arenaflex delivers the Full View. arenaflex is an Advent International portfolio company with operations in 100+ markets, covering more than 90% of the world's population. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Bilingual Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for recruiting and installing households for our Homescan panel, ensuring high-quality data collection and delivery of results to your manager. This role requires a strong customer service and human relations skills, with the ability to follow directions, analyze data, and work effectively in a team environment. You'll also be required to travel throughout the US, visiting selected homes and interacting with panelists to ensure accurate and complete data collection. **Responsibilities** * Accountable for achieving in-person recruitment and installation goals by utilizing proven recruitment techniques. * Visit selected homes, within a designated territory, to recruit and install households for the Homescan panel. * Educate panelists on proper scanner usage and the importance of scanning all products. * Adhere to arenaflex methodology and follow policies and procedures. * Recruit statistically selected eligible homes within an area, without an appointment. * Persuade and educate households while overcoming objectives, maximizing panel participation and building rapport. * Persuade panelists to complete surveys via paper and/or online. * Effectively communicate incentive and reward potentials to panelists, as well as address panelists' questions that may arise throughout participation. * Support other teams and collaborate with various departments within arenaflex to ensure a quality sample that is in compliance with methodology. * Drive to selected homes, within a designated territory, using the company-provided vehicle and supplied GPS. * Collaborate with the National Consumer Panel (NCP) to ensure a quality sample that is in compliance with methodology. **Qualifications** * Bilingual in Spanish/English * Strong customer service and human relations skills * Ability to follow directions * Strong analytical skills * Excellent teamwork skills * Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines * Ability to work various hours (evenings and weekends and holidays) * Strong computer skills * High School Degree or GED * Bachelor's Degree is a plus * Willing and able to be outside in all weather conditions going door-to-door to people's homes, including single-family homes, townhouses, mobile homes, condominiums, and apartments. * Ability to navigate stairs, elevators, walkways, and driveway (paved and unpaved) and a wide array of entrances into people's homes. * Willing and able to interact with people for several hours in their home, regardless of location or condition, including homes that may contain pets of any kind, as well as be in various states of cleanliness or disarray. **Additional Information** * Comprehensive healthcare plan (medical, Rx, dental, and vision) * Flexible spending accounts and Health Savings Account (including company contributions) * Life and AD&D insurance * 401(k) retirement plan including company matching contributions * Disability insurance * Tuition Reimbursement * Discretionary paid time off program and 11 paid holidays * Flexible working environment * Volunteer time off * LinkedIn Learning * Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP) **Compensation and Benefits** This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of $30,000.00 - $40,000.00. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
