Lightspeed Commerce is a global company specializing in commerce solutions for various industries, including golf. They are seeking an Implementation Consultant to oversee the onboarding process for customers, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction throughout.
Responsibilities
- Conducting kick-off calls with customers to outline processes and manage customer expectations of the onboarding process
- Ensuring customer training is completed throughout onboarding process
- Scheduling internal resources to complete project-related tasks, such as the hardware installation, starting the customer billing cycle, or setting up payments processing
- Communicate with the customer on the status of the implementation and send reminders of upcoming training dates
- Managing your own segment of customers who are working through the onboarding process
- Maintaining consistent and timely updates to the customer based on task completion and customer responsibilities during onboarding
- Updating customer records in our CRM and other web-based tools to reflect project updates and timelines
- Managing the amount of time for customers to move from sales close to the time they’re using the system
- Ensuring great customer satisfaction ratings
Skills
- Experience in the Golf Industry or Avid golfer
- Experience managing customer expectations using phone and email communication
- Experience resource planning and task assignment in a non-supervisory role
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbally and written. As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position
- Experience with the retail or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in French both verbally and written
- Experience with Hubspot or Salesforce
- Experience with ChurnZero
