Job Description:
• Act as a liaison between the customer and the technical team
• Assist in the implementation of delivery projects
• Conduct demos and working sessions with the client
• Gather requirements from the client
• Identify gaps or weaknesses in customer processes
• Draft Agile stories from business requirements
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Support Organizational Change Management (OCM)
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent work experience and/or military experience
• 4-6 years' experience as a Business Process Consultant or Business Analyst
• Experience gathering business requirements for ServiceNow configuration
• Experience explaining ServiceNow solutions to business stakeholders
• Experience with the ITIL framework
• Experience with Agile methodology (including story refinement, testing, and scrum)
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Experience with ServiceNow as an administrator
• ServiceNow System Admin Certification.
• Ability to travel 10%
