**About the Role**
As a Dutch Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email, tracking and following cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner, and maintaining high customer satisfaction while representing a major brand. You will also assist customers in managing and securing their accounts and passwords, set up repairs for hardware-related issues, and escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
* Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner
* Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
* Assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwords
* Set-up repairs for hardware-related issues
* Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts
* Maintain high customer satisfaction
**What We're Looking For**
* Fluency in Dutch
* Advanced English knowledge
* Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
* Prior customer support experience would be an advantage
* Strong troubleshooting skills
