Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Office Assistant. The Office Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining records, coordinating schedules, answering and managing phone calls, and handling office equipment. This role requires excellent multitasking and organizational skills to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Familiarity with handling and troubleshooting common Office Equipment
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment
• Previous experience in office administration is advantageous
