Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and support internal GenAI transformation projects, managing the full lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
Assess current organizational capabilities and identify high-impact GenAI use cases utilizing existing generative AI tools.
Explore, evaluate, and recommend external GenAI platforms for future adoption and integration.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Research, Content, IT) to scope, prototype, and deploy AI agents for:
Automating briefing processes (managing inputs/outputs)
Narrative writing and storytelling
Presentation and deck generation
Research synthesis and summarization
Content creation and optimization
Develop strategic recommendations and roadmaps to integrate GenAI solutions seamlessly into business operations.
Stay current on emerging GenAI trends, tools, best practices, and competitive landscape to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of AI innovation.
Act as a trusted advisor and change agent to promote adoption and literacy of GenAI technologies across teams.
Support agile project management and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate AI initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Proven, recent experience in GenAI transformation consulting or enterprise AI implementation within a large-scale organization.
Deep familiarity and hands-on expertise with generative AI platforms and tools.
Strong understanding of emerging GenAI solutions and their practical applications in enterprise marketing, research, and content workflows.
Prior experience designing, developing, and deploying GenAI agents and AI-driven workflows.
Ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable and impactful AI use cases.
Knowledge of prompt engineering, large language model (LLM) fine-tuning, and AI agent orchestration techniques.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, experimentation, and driving transformational change.
Experience working in agile, collaborative, and cross-functional environments.
