As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch technical support for our network infrastructure and desktop applications, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
**Job Summary:**
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a TSG Technician II, you'll be responsible for providing specialized technical support for network infrastructure, desktop applications, and equipment. You'll design, implement, and troubleshoot desktop systems, servers, and network issues, ensuring the highest level of security and data integrity. You'll also provide exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues and answering questions via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide technical support for network infrastructure, desktop applications, and equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware and software
* Design, implement, and investigate desktop systems, servers, and network issues to ensure optimal performance and security
* Maintain passwords, data integrity, and document framework security to protect sensitive information
* Provide technical support to PC users, answering questions and resolving technical issues via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions
* Conduct site visits to investigate issues and install or upgrade equipment and software as needed
* Conduct follow-up with clients to ensure issues were resolved completely
* Complete service orders to prevent functional delays in resolving issues
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 2+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on network infrastructure and desktop applications
* Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (client/server)
* Experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Phantom, Symantec, and other internet browsers
* Specialized certifications, such as A+, Network+, or MCP, are a plus
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with cloud-based services, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
* Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
* Experience with IT service management tools, such as ServiceNow or BMC Helix
* Strong customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

**Compensation and Benefits:**
Our compensation package reflects the cost of living across various US geographic markets. The base salary for this position ranges from $23.85/hour to $38.75/hour, depending on market area and individual qualifications. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
