**The Role**
As an Experienced Customer Success Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering proactive and reactive customer support, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for new clients, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
* **Customer Support**: Monitor real-time metrics to maintain healthy call center production and proactively address signs of poor health. Respond promptly to inbound support emails and customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
* **Collaboration**: Communicate effectively with arenaflex's Operations and Product departments, BPO leads, and Account Management and Leadership teams to resolve issues related to the ordering platform or agent staffing.
* **Onboarding**: Support the onboarding process for new customers by creating accounts in arenaflex's database, verifying telephony setup, and answering questions.
* **Knowledge Management**: Help maintain arenaflex's knowledge base for customers and assist in the creation of new SOPs.
* **Ticket Management**: Track and document all happenings in HubSpot, follow up on open tickets from earlier in the day/week.
* **Order Recovery**: Contact Restaurant partner locations as needed to facilitate order recovery.
