**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews to provide valuable insights and feedback on various products and services
* Engaging with our team to discuss and share your opinions on a range of topics, including child-related products, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, and automobiles
* Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, to provide detailed feedback on the products and services you've used
* Must actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
* Participating in online or in-person discussions, depending on the study requirements
* Providing honest and constructive feedback on the products and services you've used
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* A high school diploma or its equivalent
* A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
* Access to a reliable internet connection
* The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
* A desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics listed above
* The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
